Dan Skeen, Founder & CEO
Dan is the founder and CEO of LARi Insight, Inc. His experience includes several years as an executive in Canada’s financial services industry, driving digital transformation and product innovation across the web, mobile and social media. He has led teams devoted to a wide range of disciplines including product development, market insight, user experience, analytics, social media, and content marketing.
Dan’s background also includes digital roles for an integrated marketing agency and a web-based start-up, in locations that include Toronto, San Francisco and Brisbane, Australia. His views on digital topics have appeared in The Globe & Mail, Wired, MarketingProfs and many other publications.
A graphic designer with more than two decades of experience, Kim specializes in typography, client service, communications, logos, branding, and web strategies.
Priyal is a Toronto-based Insights, Intelligence and Analytics professional. Her work experience includes market research for Retail, CPG and Consumer Behaviour clients.

Over 18 years, David honed his craft while working in New York City, Düsseldorf, and Toronto, gaining extensive experience at top global agencies like Critical Mass, Sapient, and GALE Partners. David has partnered with brands like Foxwoods Resort, BMW USA, Allstate, and The Toronto Star to frame a more culturally relevant, data-driven, and audience-first brand experience through content and digital utility. In his current role as Director of Experience Design at Nurun Toronto, David heads up a cross-functional team of design thinkers that work at the intersection of data, creativity, and technology to build memorable experiences for emotional, complicated, and irrational humans — sometimes known as prospects, customers, and users.
Between agency tenure, David led the User Experience practice at Sun Life Canada in growing share-of-wallet of new and existing customers while driving the global web accessibility adoption through change management. His areas of expertise include: conducting primary research to uncover actionable audience insights, designing scalable data-driven content and commerce destinations, and delivering measured cross-channel digital experiences.
Glen is a marketing and innovation strategist and educator. For many years he was the Chief Innovation Officer of B2B marketing agency, Quarry. He is co-founder of Carbon Design LLP – a “Talent Platform” agency pioneering applications of personality-science to improve marketing performance. Most recently, he is the founder of Post-Carbon Pathfinders – a strategy practice specialized for the innovators who are building a more sustainable world.
